Join Noreen for this Qi Gong workshop in the beautiful Kenmare community gardens. This summer workshop consists of gentle movement & mindfulness in nature in the stunning community gardens, on Tuesday 29th July at 2 pm.
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice which incorporates slow gentle mindful movements & breathwork. Qi Gong helps people improve their health, feel more relaxed, and have more energy. Its gentle nature makes it suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
